​​RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Global Vegans we want to ensure that every customer is 100% happy with their purchase so we accept returns if you are not completely happy with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason.

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock.  If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.  In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact info@globalvegans.com with the details.

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

• You communicated with us within 7 days of receipt.

• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn or used, is in its original packaging and with tags intact (where applicable). 

• The product is returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your returned packages.
