3/4 cup of strong coffee (espresso preferred)
1/4 cup frothed milkadamia unsweetened latte da
1/4 cup of vegan dark chocolate chips, melted
1 or 2 drops of pure peppermint extract
1 teaspoon of crushed peppermint candy
1 tsp cacao powder
Brew coffee. While coffee is brewing, heat chocolate chips in a microwave for 2 minutes and stir until melted
Spoon into brewed coffee; add in peppermint extract – stir.
Foam unsweetened latte da in milk frother. Add to coffee.
Spoon on whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed candy, and dust with cacao.
